Order Details
Once the order is ready, we will email the invoice to you (or fax it if you prefer) and included any transport and packaging costs. The order will be sent once we receive confirmation of payment. We are really strict about this!
Costs
Prices on our price list do not include transport and packaging costs and they might be subject to unexpected increases in raw materials. We will let you know what the transport and packaging costs are when we give you a quote, but if there is any delay, this might need updating by the time we are ready to send your order. We may ask for a deposit on a large purchase.
